This method reflects the industry standard security protocol and makes it extremely difficult for anyone to intercept your credit card information.

Credit card numbers are not stored on any Renaissance servers. In the Renaissance application program, credit card numbers are replaced with reference codes that are used to handle future transactions (eg for recurring gift pledges). Renaissance employees can not access your credit card information at any time.

Purchase Terms

• Order Acceptance:
  Once you complete the purchase of shares and payment, we send a confirmation email with full details and the paid amount. If we are unable to accept your purchase order, you will be notified in writing, via phone call followed by email, or SMS. In that case, no amount will be deducted from your account.

• Payment Authorization:
  By issuing a purchase order, you authorize us or any third-party electronic payment processor to deduct the share amount from your card balance.

• Order Cancellation:
  Once you purchase a share from Alnahda, you do not have the right to return, cancel, or exchange the share.

Accurate and Correct Information

• You must provide accurate and valid information throughout the entire process.

• Impersonating another person is considered offensive and illegal. In such cases, Alnahda reserves the right to take appropriate action against any attempt at fraud, impersonation, or harm to any party affiliated with Alnahda.

• You must provide valid billing information, a bank account, or a valid electronic payment card to complete the purchase.

• We never send unsolicited or spam emails.

Prohibited and Harmful Behavior

Please refrain from:

• Misusing the website directly or indirectly.

• Uploading or spreading viruses, files, or code that may cause electronic harm.

• Hacking the website and/or other users' accounts.

   The sales terms and any non-contractual rights or obligations arising from or related to these terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Third-Party Rights:
   No third party has the right to enforce any of the provisions of this agreement.

3. Relationship of the Parties:
   Nothing in these sales terms shall be construed as creating a partnership or joint venture between the parties. Each party is understood to be an independent contractor.

4. Further Assurances:
   The parties agree to take all reasonable steps and actions, including preparing any documents, to enforce and activate the provisions of these sales terms to the fullest extent, including compliance with applicable laws.

5. Assignment:
   These terms are binding upon the parties and their permitted successors and assignees. You agree not to assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms, directly or indirectly, without prior written approval from us.

6. Entire Agreement:
   These sales terms and any documents referred to constitute the entire agreement between the parties, superseding all previous agreements, negotiations, and understandings (whether written or oral). Any changes or updates must be adhered to once modified.

7. Severability:
   If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that specific provision shall be removed while the remaining provisions continue in full force as long as the legal and economic substance of the transactions remains intact.

8. Force Majeure:
   Neither party shall be held liable for any losses, damages, delays, or failure to perform due to events beyond their control—whether foreseeable or not—including acts of God, legislative decisions, governmental regulations, third-party service providers, power/internet outages, or labor disruptions.

9. Waiver of Conditions:
   Our waiver of any provision shall not be interpreted as a waiver of any other or future provision unless we expressly declare so in writing.

10. Survival:
    All terms that are explicitly stated or naturally intended to continue shall remain in effect even after your membership or usage of the site is suspended or terminated.
