Alnahda Society, in collaboration with Bechtel, hosted a panel discussion titled “Quality Absolute” on Thursday, October 1, 2026, featuring female professionals specializing in project management and quality management.

The discussion aimed to enrich the learning experience of students participating in Alnahda’s Mustaqbali Project by introducing them to practical industry insights and diverse career pathways, broadening their professional perspectives and strengthening their knowledge.

The panel featured Ms. Camilla Barrow, Delivery Director; Ms. Raghad Al-Faraj, Project Engineer; Ms. Layla Mohammed, Quality Specialist; and Ms. Marwa Aboul-Ela, Quality Manager. Drawing on their professional expertise, the speakers highlighted career opportunities in quality management and project management, while providing students with valuable insights into real-world professional experiences.
