On Monday, October 26, 2026, Alnahda Society welcomed Mr. Mohammed Al-Zarqani, United Nations Resident Coordinator; Dr. Margaret Jones Williams, Deputy Resident Representative of the United Nations Programme; and Dr. Hanan Idris Al-Jaali, Senior Officer for Partnerships and Development Financing, at its headquarters in Riyadh.

The delegation was received by Dr. Miznah Al-Omair, Chief Executive Officer of Alnahda Society.

The visit aimed to explore opportunities for collaboration and strengthen joint efforts to advance women's empowerment, promote social inclusion, and support families by bringing together Alnahda's expertise in community development and the United Nations' experience in sustainable development.

The visit reflects a shared commitment to advancing sustainable development and maximizing the impact of development initiatives, in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
