A strategic partnership to unlock promising career prospects for the sons and daughters of the Society's families
AlNahda Society continues its efforts to build strategic partnerships with leading organizations, driven by its belief in the importance of integrated social roles to support women's economic and developmental empowerment programs and enhance their opportunities for building sustainable professional futures.
In line with this direction, Al-Nahda Society has entered into a community partnership with Bechtel, one of the world's largest engineering, construction, and project management companies. This partnership aims to support the "Mustaqbali" (My Future) Project, part of the Vocational Rehabilitation Program. The financial support provided will serve the 15th cohort of the project, bolstering efforts to provide academic and career guidance for high school students by helping them discover their aptitudes, develop self-awareness, and enhance self-confidence. This support also contributes to the project's sustainability, ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality services to the children of the Society's beneficiary families.
Commenting on this partnership, Michelle De Franca, Bechtel’s Country Manager for Saudi Arabia, stated: "At Bechtel, we believe our impact is measured not only by the infrastructure projects we deliver but also by the positive change we bring to the lives of individuals and communities associated with these projects. For over eight decades, Bechtel has contributed to implementing infrastructure projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are proud of our collaboration with Al-Nahda Society, which has dedicated over six decades to supporting the economic empowerment and social development of Saudi women. This partnership is an extension of the Society's enduring mission, supporting career paths that allow more women to build professional futures in engineering, construction, and the many disciplines involved in successful project delivery. These fields are essential pillars for the Kingdom's future and the realization of Vision 2030, where Saudi women represent a vital part of the national talent pool leading this progress."
Al-Nahda Society values this qualitative partnership with Bechtel, which reflects the private sector's commitment to supporting developmental initiatives with sustainable impact. This collaboration contributes to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 toward a vibrant society, a thriving economy, and an ambitious nation
